i found this in a notepad on my last choas private server, im wondering if any of you know what this is or what this means?

is it possible to translate it to english?

That's just the computer's way of translating the binary character codes into readable ASCII (or UTF or whatever). It's probably meaningless data for something. If you open up pub/map files in notepad this is what they look like.
