I'm a bit stumped. How do I become an employee at EOserv? I tried to ask sausage via inbox. but he doesn't reply!

You basically have to contribute and release things to the public that are original and useful. A good example of this would be Hollow's Rev which has well over 1000 posts and is updated daily. What kodyt said about being on IRC is also a bit important but it won't overall determine if you get a position or not.
