When I had my server up, I had no one to help me. o.o Not like I did much though. I didn't pixel or code, since I used a closed source.

I know what kind of servers you are referring to. For example, some people who can map/pixel/code try to do it themselves and they end up destroying their server. Unless you hire people that actually know what they're doing. Not the people who are like; "hir3 me pl0x. I can pixel!?!KFDG." High chances they just want adminship to spawn items and such.

Yes you should try hire someone you trust. I fell same i am working on my server for past 5 mouths by myself. Its 5 mouths because i keep redoing my gfx's cause i think they suck.But you sound like you work to much on your server take a break.

I know what you guys mean trust me I am hiring D= but no coders are coming by and I need some badly D=

Well, coders would be easy to find if it was easy to do and learn, but, sadly it's not. People mainly try to take up mapping. Not saying anything against mapping but, it's pretty easy if you just get the basics down. Pixeling I would say is pretty hard as well but, if you have that artistic hand and read guides and such you get better fast. Coding, I would learn it but, it's just really annoying looking at all these different letters and numbers.

programming is not easy..... most of the people on here can just copy paste and throw shit together it takes real skill to actually make things work and create something from nothing

So far I'm loving how things are going on my server but I can't find the inspritation to wrok! Which is sad I perfer to run outside but I want to talk or have some fun.

The reason why I might not be able to work is because I might be really horny =/

Just take it easy and go at your own pace.  The worst thing that could happen to your server is developer's burn-out.  If you need to take a few days or a week off to just breathe, do it - unless you're running a public server one-man (which, as anyone could tell you from experiences with the official server, is a really bad idea) there is no need to push yourself that hard.  Daily work on the server is going to burn you out fast, especially if most of your day is spent on it.

I'm working on my server project solo, but at the moment I'm taking a break just to do other stuff I feel like doing.  The work'll still be there when I return to work on it and nobody's going to complain about me not doing anything because it's not publicly available.  I spent a good couple weeks hardcore redesigning and redeveloping, then just took the last few days or so to do something else.  It works out for me pretty well, so you might wanna give it a try and see if it helps.  During your break you can expend a little more effort in recruiting trustworthy staff for your server, which doesn't take much time or energy at all.

ur right star I am doing that but lately with me playing soccer and then the sudden urge of loving to run is getting to me more and more and I want to make something that will turn out 100% fun!
