Except she's chosen to look like that. It's a well known procedure, not an acquired physical or birth defect, so even if you can't judge her appearance, you can at least comment on her decision. It's dangerous body modification for the sake of appearance, it's not attractive and as I often say, the more natural and comfortable a woman looks the more she projects an aura of beauty... so this is just overkill.
