@Redrocco its not just one map its the whole world or all the maps that is effected by it or is effected by it.
look for a bad (invisible) item in inventory and on your paperdoll then, the few times I've had this happen it was a gfx error in the pubs or a bad ID

Thank you all for helping me the cause was a bad pub with a messed up item, i simply replace ALL the pubs with a FRESH pubs. Once again Thank you for helping me greatly appreciated.
