I'm surprised at all the other people that live in Western Washington! I'm from Bellevue, WA and I work in Seattle. I didn't mind it here (the weather is decent in spite of the rain) until I started commuting. It is hell and I can't think of anything I hate more during the day. Plus
thepublicschool system's views are totally based on forcing you to take as many APs as possible to make them look better. Its awful, and I know a number of people who had to choose between taking retard classes or AP classes. No middle level. Suffice to say as much as I love our house
sinceweremodeled parts of it, I wouldn't want to live here in the future. The cool part though is all the software companies around here. Valve and Bungie are about 15 minutes from my house, and the Microsoft campus is about 20-25 away. Plus in elementary school I was in the same classes as the
kids ofthe people who own Nordstroms, and the kid of the guy who was coaching the Huskie's at the time.
I was born in Massachusetts, about an hour south of Boston in the small town of Attleboro. We moved out to the west coast so I could know my grandparents before they passed away (which was worth it, I'm glad to have known them and miss them dearly). If I could live anywhere in the world
Iwouldprobably start by moving back to the east coast. I love the distinct seasons, rain all year kinda sucks. Also love the humidity. I really can't see myself living on another continent, only tourist-ing there or something.
If I were going to live internationally I'd start in Norway, Scotland, or Iceland. I'm both Norwegian and Scottish, and I've always been in love with the Icelandic scenery I see. I think I'd stay in the US mostly though because of family.
Here's Bellevue (thanks, wikipedia). Most of those buildings are finished now. At one point I think we had most(?) of the cranes that existed in Washington state in our fine city. The most I counted while driving was 15 :P

I go to Bellevue College :). I've been going there since last year thanks to Running Start via my highschool. I'm in my Senior year, so this is my last year of free college though. Nonetheless, Bellevue is a great place. The commute does suck though... Last year I was lucky enough to go/leave while
there wasn't traffic, but this quarter my class ends at 3, so I'm kinda fucked sideways. Bothell->Bellevue->Bothell every day. ---
Oh, it's you.

Nice! I have a ton of friends from high school going there right now. Running start is an awesome idea, I wish I had done it.
