Worse tech support I've ever had was Hughesnet... They where based in the middle east and I couldn't understand him... Then when he transfered me after a hr of me telling him " I CANT UNDERSTAND YOU! Your accent is to strong!"  I was told to reset my computer... release and renew my ip.. andthen he tried to talk circles around me... just to tell me " I don't know how to fix your issue goodbye."
If you are getting someone in a foreign country you can always ask to speak to someone who is in YOUR country. ( You can do this for most customer support phone numbers. )

Yeah they kept telling me we have no tech support in the states, so I finally found the office in NY and called them and had them transfer me to an American tech support agent. All this was over the "cap" they had on my net.. and he just simply reset it for me.
