Take a look at Android-based smartphones this OS is nice.

I don't exactly kow prices but HTC Wildfire S (not first one without "S"), Xperia X8/10 (any X10 minipro etc), Motorola Milestone, depending what u take for most important in design :D.

Most important features would be: 3G, Touchscreen (Optional) and good audio quality.

If you can find in that price check for iPhone 3G or 3GS, they are good too, especially if you want sound quality because android isn't that good for music.

Blackberrys have an alright media center on them. I have a Torch 9800, which I hate, its processors slow as fuck..

The torch 9810s or 9820(I think what the non slide keyboard one is) are much better, really wish I could trade mine in for one lol.

EDIT: that Galaxy is ugly..
