Yours is a kitten, Bug is 6 months old and less than half the size of her litter-mate. That's why I used the phrase "midget cat".

Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis is, according to the Oxford English Dictionary,
"a factitious word
alleged to mean 'a lung disease caused by the inhalation of very fine silica dust, causing inflammation in the lungs.[1]'"
A condition meeting the word's definition is normally called silicosis.
