Is the shading good? i wanted to practice shading

1) You saved it as a jpeg which is a big NO if you do it in GG or MS Paint.

2) What TehLols said, what is it?

You know what? I don't care I'm tired of telling you to save stuff as png. I wouldn't know if it was good or not anyways because it's jpg.

1) It says .jpg right on the link.

2) Is it possible you saved it as a .jpeg and then as a .png or .gif? You can't do this, and don't save as .gif ever, unless you are making an animation.

3) Can't tell if it's shaded or not, just looks like a plain gray shirt to me.

You should read my post above instead of updating your previous post. If you saved it as a .jpeg while in mid work you can't fix it unless you spend 10-15 mins to go back through and fix the color distortion. Also, I re looked at it, just looks like you put 1 shade of gray over the chest and darkened the one chest line.
