I can't stop grinding my teeth all day every single day.. It started about 2 weeks ago.

Has anyone had this problem before, and cured it?

It's making my jaw sore :/

Just stop. You don't want it to get into a habit!! :/

As from what I've heard you may have Bruxism. 

If so you might have some of these symptoms:

Painful teeth in the morning
You jaw hurts in the morning
You feel pain around the upper jaw below the temples while eating.
Your teeth a flat and worn away
You have unexplained chips on your teeth 
Your teeth are sensitive to cold and citrus.
You have constant headaches
You constantly wake up during the night

Alot of people say they do it at night, but I do it all day. :/

I try to stop, but then next thing you know, I'm doing it again.

I'll buy some gum tomorrow and see what happens.
