Ok this is really stupid and i didnt know were to put this. See i cant make my seose server PUBLIC without it bieng SAFE. So i was wondering is all the no-ip stuff and portforwardingstuff, is it safe to use? ok thanks

well of courses. Lots of people use No-IP. What are you having trouble with and what do you mean by it "not being safe"

probably its just your firewall blocking it or it could be ur antivirus

You dont even need to download anything with No-IP or to portforward. You can download my program to portforward, hopefully you will beable to get it to work.

Without it being "safe". Sounds like it's just your firewall asking if the listening port can be opened. (The thing that lets you and others connect to the server.)

It is possible, but only if you use either a bad firewall, or no firewall at all, or have other ports opened for no reason at all.
