I'm fairly certain I know the story behind the swf. TehSausage has a default 404 page consisting of the "Scratching Cat" flash animation, which can be found here:

At one point someone hotlinked the "Scratching Cat" flash animation from Sausage's server for use on their own 404 page. In retaliation, the file was changed to the girl (or the "porn") flash animation, so every time a visitor to the other site reached a 404 error, they were greeted with the
shocking image of a girl getting something by a something something.
However the 404 page on TehSausage.com was pointed to a new file, titled 404_real.swf, which meant that every visitor to TehSausage received the real "Scratching Cat" video, it was only visitors to the hotlinking site that received the alternate version.
