I don't think he wants to know how to make a map. I think he wants to know how to set the spawn position.

First make a map then go to your users file and click on default.xini and change the location , the x , and the y.
[default]
{
[character]
ClassID = 1
[location]
Map = 1
X = 9
Y = 21

Goto: Users>Default.xini.
Search for:
[location]
Map = 1
X = 5
Y = 5
Map = MAP ID
X = X coordinate
Y = Y Coordinate
