Oh I forgot to say "I think" and yes she deffinitly gave someone atleast a -200.
She also said something like "I have to make sure you have the most negative rating ever"

I used a submit bug (abused sausages lack of range checking on the ratings) to -200 "skulled" some time ago. He totally deserved it. ;]
