I live in Singapore. That song '' Strings of Koval'' is nowhere available on Google except on Itunes for 0.99$ . I tried buying it through paypal but it refused me to download it because I don't live in US. :\

If you have mozilla firefox you can download an add on called Download Helper. You can then go to youtube search for the song you want and then download it. To play the song off itunes you will also have to convert the file to mp3 (I use Any Audio Converter).

I thought of that before but the matter is that the video contains only 3-4 sec of the song and the guy has put the link on itunes. Only way is to buy the song (for 0.99$ , which is not that much) but it won't allow me to buy it

If you can get them in Singapore, look at getting an Apple iTunes Music Card. They come with a preset amount of credit of your choice that you can then redeem on the iTunes Music Store for store credit. That's how I always do it anyway.
Also, make sure you're in the right regional store. Prices vary from country to country and the 0.99c price is mainly used in the United States store. Go to the iTunes Store from within iTunes, scroll right to the very end of the page and in the bottom right corner you'll see a round button that
looks like a country flag. Click it and it'll let you choose your region and adjust the prices accordingly.

RooRoo it seems it charges more for USA, I assume its because our economy is a tad bit better.
Also I tried to find this song on the web and its almost impossible. ---
