personally I don't shade south park characters cause, well, in the show they don't even have shading xD

You don't want to copy the changes, you will see what is wrong with your pixel and you should fix it up to your own style after seeing what is wrong with it :o

By copy I mean Alter it the way he did. Not the exact same just see what difference has happend which tells me how to improve.

Mimic is the right work aslong as you do it urself and not completely take it over.

I have a problem: I can see only modified the graphics on myserver. How do I get the other players see these charts changed? I have to create a command in the "config", indicating where thegraphics are found or I have to move the graphics for each playerput in the folder of Endless Online? I await answers.

the reason this sucks so hard is cause i was starting the outline and thought... oh god this will be way to hard. then i stopped.
