I feel the same way, it seems like everyone is trying to sue everyone. Just like Apple sue'n samsung cause they know they cannot compete and wont be on top anymore.

Apple can't compete with Samsung? Bullshit. Samsung's devices and software infringe on just about every Apple held patent in the book. Me and Apple as a company have a love-hate relationship, but with some of the copies Samsung has produced as of lately, they deserve everything they get.
Lawsuits over slight similarities in game titles however? This, I don't understand.
