How do i add a tab to webcp-3 i want a download tab :/ is it possible?

Sure is, just look at tpl/green/header.htm

You'll have to keep in mind that the links are fixed-width, though. You might have to move some things around, change the theme, or create a whole new nav bar to fit anything in.

find header.htm in the webcp-3.clean\webcp-3\tpl\green folder and find <ul class="nav"> and just add this 

<li><a href="./ROFLZ LINK HERE">LINK NAME</a></li>

obviously changing what I've put there... and since he ^ just said that you're good with html/css then there should be no issue for you, surely?

Ahh my bad, Give me an example of what page you want and I'll see if I can make you a template for that, that you can adapt to what you want, I'm pretty good with html/css/php :}
