I do not see anything bad to changing the name of it. As long as you do not claim it as your own. And give sausage credit for using eoserv and renaming it. Also get permission first to, don;t wanna get blacklisted. But as i heard you where saying it was yours and most likly never asked for permission.

And if you guys have noticed, well not recently but eodemon which i rewrote in perl the software is EODemon or whatever i sometimes run it and well, its the last privately held server software and has tons of cool features and my pet project but currently the back burner along with the client because im on a new project, an emulation of eve online

Just wondering.. I havent read all the replys :/ Is it possible to change the software name without making a new software? / is it legal? Because i'd like to change the software name of my ice&fire i have looked for a way recently but you know how it goes =P
