Even if I did "rename" the software, there is nothing against it, it says these specific words :
The origin of this software must not be misrepresented; you must not
claim that you wrote the original software. If you use this software
in a product, an acknowledgment in the product documentation would be
appreciated but is not required.

If I did "rename" it I wouldn't be "claiming" it , it would just be renaming the software which I did not do.

Yes, he changed the name and told people its his own "software" when most-likely its just EOSERV with a simple software change.  Hes making himself look like a fool.

Sausage wouldn't care. If he doesn't like what you're doing with the software name, he'll start to restrict it again.

It says Copyright EOSERV on the bottom of his SLN page, and he claimed it's fo his own. We shuldz contacts his webhost (*cough* 000webhost i belive *cough*) and get the website shutdown.
