Or I can make you a website if you find a host. I've been looking for a reason to make a wesbite for ages.. I've been messing around with php with like logins and databases and all that stuff which has been pretty funbut yeah, if you want a good HTML Editor, notepad/notepad++ is the way forward :p http://w3schools.com is a good website which I use on regular occasion too :p

For full customization....definitely code it yourself and use a text editor. Otherwise, DreamWeaver is the only thing I've used (and I used it back when Macomedia was still a company -.-)

I suggest webs.com. i am using it for long time, but the free version dont have a big bandwidth. Is limited per month. You can download the html code that created automatically from the changes you made on site and reuploaded with any changes you like to do inside html code. A nice feature. But i agree with other guys that making yours from scrach is better. I am new to that, still learning but is more intresting.
