Okay i've figured it out.
Okay it is know that you add a new resourse in res-hacker using bitmap files. You save each indivdual GFX file as a new resource number. But here is the important thing. You have to round off the file. The last GFX number could of been 9274, But if your adding a new item the next GFX number
would have to be 9301, next bmp is 9302 - 9303 and so on for the whole 17 bitmaps for a new item. Meaning the GFX number in pubedit for the new item is 93.
To find out the GFX to use in pubedit for that new item/NPC you just added you simply just take notice of what the last NPC/Item was in the GFX file on res-hacker and then find that data on pubedit ( That will now tell you the GFX number being used ) So you know thats the last GFX number
beingused. For the new item all you do is make the number +1.
You do the save with ICON number aswell.
I'm testing all these things now see if i actually get it working then i'll make a tutorial.
