I was thinking I've seen 100's of topics get erased do to advertizing! I think it would be awesome to have a sub type https://eoserv.net/forum/forum/ADVERTIZE&RECRUITING for people to do so!

Reason 1: I think it would add more traffic on the eoserv.net.

Reason 2: Less moderating for the staff of eoserv.

Reason 3: I think it would help make better servers for us to enjoy!

Reason 4: It would be the best place to search for help and get the best staff!

Just a quick thought, wanted to get some feedback on how the eoserv community feels about this,because it is annoying to login and go to the lounge and see SOSo's server hiring pixler "DELETEwith  -1" !

Well then it might turn out how noone wanted FE's crappy ads up. But it seems like a good idea besides that.

Shitty idea no one is mature enough to handle it.

There's already a section where we place most advertisements. It's called Spam Can.

I like the idea. I would like to see something like that. Althought i would never put an advertise in there, is better to gather all advertising there than spam the first page.

It would be a good idea in the case of getting site hits...

Limit to 1 image per user and make a size limit, although some immature people would probably find a way to exploit stuff, fight about stuff etc..

I agree there needs to be a sub forum where ads are allowed. The way things are now it is very hard to get help with things, and its impossible to recruit a team. But what do I know?, I'm a newb afterall.

Not going to happen. Why would you need to advertise? Place your server on the SLN and that advertisement right there. No posting of server ads within the forums are needed. Why would Sausage want to add this? Like I said. Use the SLN.

Like I said in my first post the reasons why i think it would benifit this website, but I think the main 2 reasons are traffic on eoserv and better servers to play.

Im not talking about huge images I'm talking about threads like "MY SERVER NEEDS A DEDICATED GUI ARTIST" instead of the whole application thing on individual websites it would bring that traffic here to check for responses.

Well maybe I'll start a site dedicated to recruiting and advertizing and see what happens!
