 Stat points per level & making them raise stats. [And exp?]
With the Seose v2.1 I haven't been able to change the way people level [Even though they can't connect yet but w/e] I can't get stat points per level, and I can't make them raise any stats. How do I make it so Default gives stat points+lets the stat points raise shit each level?
Also, I've tried Pub edit for EXP, it isn't working, does anyone know how to change the exp with regular config? o.o exp % rate isn't working for me.

the pre-release is still not yet done.... thats why no stats... u must like w8 for the next update..

And 2.1 pre-relase should not be use for live servers ;D
