Uhhh nope. Unless you dont have .Net framework. I just whipped up something in vb real quick. It works for me directly out of the download. whats it doing when you try and open it?

Nevermind. I've installed VB 2010 express and it has started to work.

Lol. Sorry you had to install it :P I made it in about 20 minutes on the last day XD. Too bad i didnt have a few more days. Coulda fixed my EIFReader class and entered it in.  Forgot about having the source : /

Lol, yup! It basicly just listed servers. I thought about making it play but then i didnt want to remake the SLN again. Haha you should make another competition :P once i get my EIF reader class finished XD <--- Win :D Numbers function is pissing me off tho lol.

Personally, I think it is kind of funny that he got banned. I don't know how, or why he got banned, but it is funny. It serves him right though. He does not have a good sense of manners.
