No one can buy the domain until the lease runs out on it. Even if he did take it down. He would still own the domain. I wasn't using my domain for a couple of months. It's paid for till September 2012 so it's safe.

Who said it's gone? The website went down because it was being updated, if you check guild ect, they been updated (new ones are there) The only page that hasn't been updated is the server status. I'm sure it will come back, but yet again I doubt it will last.
