I feel tht yayayay is taking advantage of most eoserv servers. He's admin on like 10 servs. (not to abuse him) but hes seriously getting on my nervs. He wouldn't play a server unless hes admin (Sorry if this is adjusting a player) Once he joins server, he would ask 4 admin cause hes a admin, Seriously, im sick of this guy.

Lol, he came on my server even though it was in the Test section, asked for admin, and when I said no he said "k bye." and left xD

Why would you ask for adminship, and for lols lets say you get it. If you get it, why would you just log out, change your IP and Port and ask for adminship on another server? Seems like youre only going to make people mad at you, not to mention probably banned.

Imo SLN shouldnt even exist, but it is helpful occasionally.

I deleted him out of my staff list yesterday, he came on and annoyed me till I made him LG then logged off never to be seen again. this was a couple of months back

I always see tons of noobs saying they were a Admin on my previous server or that they try to use guilt to trick me into giving them admin, like "Both of my parents died! Pl0x Give meh admin!1!!111!". But i only give admin to people when i absolutly need to.

This is why there should be order. You submit a admin application, and not beg for instant adminship on servers. First, you don't know the player. Second, he could just destroy your server by giving out items or something. (Depending on you what your admins are capable of doing.)

I say set up some new admin ranks, give them commands according to their ranks. Like one rank would be Mapper and they would have, lets say $mutate and some other map commands. Or Server Control and they would have $jail, $mute, and $kick

I have never liked the idea of an admin "application." I would make people admin if they proved they deserved it by being helpful to players, giving feedback on things that needed to be changed, and helping players adjust to those changes. If they asked for admin even once I would never consider them for it again, because in my opinion, if they ask for it, they will abuse it.
