This is why there should be order. You submit a admin application, and not beg for instant adminship on servers.

I have never liked the idea of an admin "application." I would make people admin if they proved they deserved it by being helpful to players, giving feedback on things that needed to be changed, and helping players adjust to those changes. If they asked for admin even once I would neverconsiderthem for it again, because in my opinion, if they ask for it, they will abuse it.

That reminds me of an awesome quote, I forget who by.

"If you have to ask for it, you don't deserve it."

It's kinda how I run things. It's a solid philosophy, as long as you're working with sane people. Lol.

I live by something similar "If you don't get shit out of it, don't bother to do it."

I agree, adminship shouldn't be asked for; however, the idea of submitting an application isn't that bad of an idea. In my personal experience when you give people a template to submit a GM application most of the people don't even follow it or do a poor job. Now, if you had all of these people spam ingame "Can I be an Admin?" you would never get anything done.

Point: Applications work if idiots follow the templates and they have enough creditable experience.

Do people even know what an admin is? It's not suppose to be something fun to do and have. Its just suppose to be hard work, working for a server you enjoy to play. Off topic but I am just sick of idiots in general. Not just one specific person. 80% of EOSERV are all stupid.

The only grammatical error I noticed in there was "a admin". Everything else was used correctly. Although my estimate of EOSERV stupidity would be closer to 90%.

You noticed. He said "80% of EOSERV are all stupid" it would have been better suited to say "80% of EOSERV is stupid."

Also Beywolf you should use correct grammar on line or you are referred to as "retarded". You have already accomplished that so no worries.
