People still can't connect to my server, I've been trying to fix it for over a week now...

Here's my Seose v2.1 thing lol:

It's showing your binding to 0.0.0.0 try 127.0.0.1

I spent about 30 minutes the other night trying to fix this remotely. Eventually, I found the solution.

I tried to do that, this is what showed up:

no no no your bind has to be 0.0.0.0 just like your first one, just make sure that you have port-forwarded to your ip, download something like PF port checker. that should do it :) i had the same problem but on eoserv.

Okay, Are you sure your port is forwarded correctly? Your internal IP may have changed.

No, Open Command Prompt (cmd) and then type ipconfig /all and press enter. It will give you an IP like 192.168.*.*

Does that IP match whats in the portforwarding?

you must have done your port forwarding rong because everything looks right in your cmd promt for your server
