I have sum probelms with using the reshacker. When i do "replace resource," i cant see the replace button cause im using safe mode =/ Is there any way to minimize tht box so tht i can clik the replace button? Plz help.

idk but you should use XN resourse editor for pixeleling and i dont think this is in the right fourm

This should go in Client Editing, yet it doesnt matter if its in lounge. You can use XN resource hacker for pixeling, you use it for replacing resource files.
