I can't see that image but I have updated the downloadable executable that has been completely re-written and may fix some problems. There is also a debug build inside.

Well now Pacman actually moves across the screen, including up and down, and also from right fade into left but there are no platforms.

Also, it works both with and without the debugged version.

Yea, it works on my system too but as you can see from the image below. I have very poor memory and it for some reason uses a lot of CPU.

I haven't added a platform class yet so there won't be any :P Do you like what I have done with the Clouds on the menu?

At least I know it is working on some machines.

What language is this made in? I thought you were making it with allegro, but not sure anymore. If it is allegro, then make sure you use the al_rest function after every loop. I have it rest for 0.001, and that keeps my CPU down.

73 CPU for a tiny flash game, wow and I thought my computer was a piece of ..... And yeah the clouds look cool, is it just a rotating gif?

Edit: My bad, didnt realize that clouds were not at uniform speed.

Thanks Addison, That fixed the CPU problem and most of the lag. The executable has been updated with that fix.

About the platforms, I've already mentioned it in my last post.

At Misca, Run the debug and read what it loads in the console :P

Yeah, I realized it after I posted it, but still good job on it though. Also, your old version you could have pacman commit suicide on the start menu, where did that go to lol?

He was only there for testing purposes.

I have the old project and the new one so that I can get the idea used in the original I done, making it faster to code this one. The next test will include the platforms and a way to get back to the main menu from "Play Game".

I should also fix the changeable menu items like difficulty so they work for visual purposes :P

Small idea you could probably easily fit into this, the higher you go up you could have checkpoints where it goes from grass platforms to clouds, to space, etc.

My spelling will be the death of me. Anyway, I am going on holiday today so I am not going to open the project again till the 9th when I am back. I might not open it until the 10th because I may be back late at busy with my kids.

However, I shall fix the spelling issue and start to work on more game play :)

Have fun guys and I shall be back :D

I can't at the moment. The source is stuck on my laptop's HDD and the laptop is completely broken. I cannot do anything about it until I can save the money for a reader. I don't want to take it to the shops because it has some pictures of my partner that I don't want others seeing if you get my point.

This is why you always have Carbonite "<--- Is not worth 15$ a Month, unless you're too lazy to get AVG.", or a couple extra flashdrives.
