Hi, I was just wondering if there was any way that you can make it so you can kill everyone (no matter what lvl range) in PK?

Simple, you already can. Just depends on your accuracy and the opponents evasion.

It says I can't, when I tried to kill a lvl 34 while i'm lvl 61 it says "Unable to attack, victims level is too low."
