i dont know the router name
i hawe a wireless router 

Is it ''Verizon'' or ''Optimum''?

If it is verizon the password would be password1 and the username would be admin if you didnt change them.

As for Optimum and others I am not sure.

You could always call the maker and they will reset it for you.
