i was wondering what was the consequences were for using other server armor/wepons or anything from them, i see some servers like FE and BU have some of the same items and other small servers, what happens to them for using them or does it not matter?

There's nothing that can really be done i don't think.

The creator might be able to sue them or something if the server begins making money from it and the creator can prove it is their own work. but i highly doubt that will ever happen.

if you dont consider getting a bad rep and being shunned by some bad.
also if you pirate pixels you will have a hard time finding artists who will work with you.

You aren't that french dude are you?

Just because people tell you that nothing can really be done (except for a lot of bitching and threats), doesn't give anyone the right to be an asshole and go ahead and steal (or "steal") others' work.

If possible, I'd suggest at least asking for permission to use others' art. Most will be glad to let you.

To go along with what was already said, the only ones who could sue you are Layered Tech or Vult-r who own the original EO because technically private servers are illegal for most games unless the Owner gives consent to it, most of the time making you pay money to run it.(Vult thankfully doesnt.)
