Forum :: Lounge :: Avatar image will not upload.

I'm trying to add an avatar to my eoserv profile, but every time I try to add it it says

"Invalid file type please try again with a .jpg, .png or .gif file."

So I went back and changed it to each one of those file types and every time I tried to upload them it said the same message over and over. Is it because it is to big? Suggestions please. Thank you.

The size is probaly to big.

Did u edit it in paint first cause thats what i have to do
