Here's a tip.
If it's a netbook, it's not going to perform in games.
The reason is in the space constraints. Machines of that small size lack the space needed for a dedicated graphics processor and therefore they usually resort to some kind of on-chipset graphics like the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator, which is fine for media and entertainment, but not large
3D games. Even if they could fit a dedicated GPU into a netbook somehow, there would still be no room for heatsinks or cooling systems.
You also need to factor in that netbooks may come in one of two types, the standard x86 architecture (can run a desktop OS like Windows, Mac OS X or Linux) or ARM (more likely to run mobile OSes like Windows CE, Android or iOS), so make sure you know what you're buying beforehand.
