Actually no chow, more people means more time for a life. Vult worked by his self which made it slow production and he also WAS lazy.

Vult-r started from scratch unlike us we all had his client and we have EOSERV/Seose to start us off so i would say Vult isn't lazy we have all his stuff and more today but yet we still aren't ass successful as Vult i know Some servers have up to 100 ppl on sometimes but Thats nothing compared to what main had

Thats because everything is open source and the only thing people have been working on is the emulator, NOT the client. I've seen few custom clients (recoded from scratch) but clives is the only one that kept working on his as ive noted, and got it passed online functions. Instead others havejust the basic map rendering, moving, etc. Hes also smart for keeping it closed source so that people will not beable to just keep editing someone elses work.

Desmond as well will not be using his passed online functions but will be releasing it open source. if people plan to try and make their own client they will have to code the rest to make it usable, which is basicly like editing an eoserv.

We have tons of people who are not lazy here, and not all of the people in eoserv just work on their server.

I beg to differ, Vult-r was pretty lazy and developed eo extremely slowly.

It took him 18 versions to add a core leveling system lolwut?

As long as he had the required graphics for the game, he should have been able to develop pretty much the entire game within a year.

A 2d mmo should not take years to get to the stage EO is currently at.

And also, Clives is not the only client with potential, just wait a while and youll all see something impressive come your way ;)

You guys don't realize one thing. EO was Vult's HOBBY. He wasn't getting money for making it (not counting ads), like guys from WoW dev team. He had a job, and he didn't have much time to spend on eo I think.

Totally agree. Just imagine Eoserv is a comunity with so many people, so many ideas and all work so many years to make a stable server and still there are bugs etc.
He made a server, a client, graphics with his team. He made all that to work all together. None can blaim him for not finishing EO. It will great if he was able to finish it. He or someone else.
