That is basically a private server if you want to recreate it try learning c++.

 Its a private server with identical maps and items. and C# is where its at

There is already a server like that its called endless edge by Apollo. Unless if you mean making your own items and art ect?

okay... let me be a bit clearer =P. A LINK TO THE PAST. meaning swim is stealing zelda sprites, shoving them into GFX files dry humping out a custom client with near identical start screen and whatnot. I will also be recreating the light and dark world and putting zelda items into its pubs and changing gold to rupees. nothing like endless edge

i creates the whole map of the link to the past, using my gameboy and comp :/

OH I SEE i now what you mean i tried to do this before but i tried to make mini eo. failed epically because the armors where to hard to make.. But good luck i love that game and i have it for super Nintendo  XD

Im not sure if i want to go with completely original sprites... or use like nintendo ds zelda sprites for this though. plus i gotta make it all isometric friendly

If you do make this please release it and make a website for it. It would be like make a zelda private server or something. If you need help just post a topic there are lot of helpful people in eoserv. I would want to see this done... If you baned this project i probably could finish it for you.

Yes but you got make gfx tiles and items befor you make the maps. :) I see this being difficult making this because as you see the health and making items into it like bombs and how are you going to make it like quests ? plus you would need a hole new map maker to put into the walls and npc spawn?

I could use the same map maker, but the real beef is where id have to remake all the gfx. making the health bar into hearts and whatnot will be easy as all hell though
