It seems to be fake. My name is listed in credits (with a typo), and I have never worked on a proxy. I'm going to check the checksum of the client in a moment.
EDIT: The client .exe file is infected. If you've used it I'd suggest scanning your pc. Here's a link to the scan:

Do not trust any shit someone throws up on Mediafire. Anything I develop will be hosted at an endless-edge.com domain in the URL. It appears someone is attempting to screw around with the less computer savy in relation to EOSERV and private servers. Take caution in anything you are not certain
