Webs works fine for hosting it, just make the it the HTML Only Setting. Then change it to .tk. At http://www.tkit.tk/ for free!

Or any other types. Also if you don't want that because you can't do HTML. Do http://wetpaint.com/ // I think thats it. Or you can do http://weebly.com/. Or I will edit this post later on and show you some more links!

And if you want a forum you might wanna make one on forummotion or some thing.

or just install a webserver on your machine and use a no-ip redirect... theres lots of software out there for creating html pages
