Well, i was looking for web templates and i happened to find a close to EXACT copy of your lime green one.. Its not that hard to upload the files and type some lousy things.

If you want to make real websites all you need is 45$ :) i got this neat program that is awesome for making them. Try mysiwtyg website builder its really good XD search it up

Modifying a template and uploading it for somebody is not webdesign, bro.

I can make my own templates using paint XD but i get lazy and just borrow them.

Kompozer is still my fav free website program.
