Agreed with Apollo, you can't really judge a server until you spend a lot of time on it.
I've been with BU since v7, through the switch to EOserv and more. It's been one hell of a fun ride. Most of our community is actually pretty good- (I don't know why people notice the worst side of the playerbase first) but yeah, we have trolls. That's an unfortunate aspect of any game. I
think our admins do a good job of keeping them under control
