 Default Character Admin Level
is there anyway to set default charecters made as admins like level 1 admins?

Wrong forum.
I'm not sure. You MAY be able to change the default.xini file to create as level 1 admin on default character creation.

As Scott said. All the default character options are set in the .\Users\default.xini file.
Add: Admin = 1 In the [character] section.
