Went through there once after I finished working in broken hill for 3 weeks .. But never actually stopped to see the sights :/

Not really. Adelaide's a city that prides itself on its gardens, restaurants, pubs and clubs. There's also the entire Barossa Valley and its wineries to see, but personally I find it bland as shit (after the 10th wine you don't really notice).

We do occasionally have festivals and arts events that are apparently interesting but i've never noticed.

Haha! Quite frankly i'm already sick of rutherglen and their stupid wine festivals :P
Pubs and clubs i'd take a look at.. But certainly not worth travelling a few hours just to do that.

Shame.
