Hmm.. i've been using linux for a long time but i've never ran wine from command line without gui. Maybe I need to research that instead, because I prefer to keep it console-only.

You should be able to run an application using:

wine ./SomeApp.exe

I honestly keep having problems of find what you are saying.

First off I can not find 

void FormulaVars(std::tr1::unordered_map<std::string, double> &vars, std::string prefix = "");

and the second thing you spelled void wrong one the first thing you need to add.
