That's pretty cool. but looks a bit hard to control. But its better than no app at all.
Pro's:
-It can support EO.
-It's basically a computer and does anything a computer does.
-Also available on iPhone/iPod touch.
Con's:
-It costs 30$ to buy it on App Store (Unless you have your iPhone/iPod/iPad jailbroken)

-You need to have your PC on for it to be used (obviously).
-If it's a laptop you need to have it opened.

Why would you pay 30$ for an app, that you can get for free.... http://teamviewer.com Just puttin that out there. And also, it's pretty pointless if you need a PC to play EO on the ipad anyway, you might aswell just play it on the PC... XD
The app needed to use your PC on your iPhone (remote desktop) is called LogMeIn (really good) and it's 30$ on the app store, unless jailbroken (I have my iPhone 4 jailbroken :P)
