I made a patch for endless online for my private server and my friends are saying their anti-virus software stops some of the files from starting and deleting them. I'm not sure what is...So I was hoping you guys can help me with it. Anyone have any clue to what it is? And how I can fix it? My Patch is

The EO IRC client pops a false positive on some antiviruses. Try removing it.

Probably eirc.exe. Get a better antivirus.
