The EOHAX IRC channel was pawing over the server on its relaunch last night. Conclusion was that the game and its database was consistent with what was on the Main Server the last time it was operational.

The other thing I want to bring up is the number of complaints regarding the stability, performance, features and flaws of the main server. There's no indication that this will be the finished version. Just because he put the server back online doesn't mean shit all. The game itself is still subject to change, still subject to improvements and fixes before going live. As a matter of fact, with the server going online and offline at the moment, i'd be inclined to believe that this is exactly what's happening.

Personally if I was admin, I'd warn the person who's begging/asking for free stuff to lay it off and calmly explain the consequences and if he/she keeps begging mute then wall. If the person relogs to evade mute I'd auto wall them.

I was online last night when it was happening. I don't believe anyone was that phased by it. At this stage, just a minor setback.

the glitch was when u were jailed get a friend to join ur party sit on a certain spot and have your friend goto ants then when he/she is there the ants will attack the opther person in jail loses hp and dies respawns where ever they do

I was online last night when it was happening. I don't believe anyone was that phased by it. At this stage, just a minor setback.

You didn't get my point. Lol

And, I'm still saying it's a completely revamped fake with additional errors because it's nearly impossible to catch all of the small little "changes" unless people notice them first. o_o

I find it a bit ironic that these bugs are being worked on yet Speed is still enabled.  My conclusion, personally, being that it's impossible to fix speed on the original source code without rebuilding it from scratch, and that's why Vult gave up on it to begin with.

Duping can be fixed, small bugs like jail can be fixed, not only by Vult but by anyone who actually has the source.  But they can't fix the client source because they don't have it (most likely,) and or they're not going to work on something so petty.

So the map-overlay trick?  Happens in Octo with a different map as well.  It happens all throughout the game for some reason.  I don't know if that's fixable or not, unless there's a small patch involved.  You could potentially get someone out of maze as well, but very unlikely.

The one on game.endless-online.com (titled "Overhaul") was updated less than 24 hours ago.

I know some of you want to believe that this means someone has hijacked it and is operating another server somewhere. Not so, i'm afraid. A better explanation is that when everyone is logging in to Endless Online, they're not playing the Main server. They're playing theOverhaulserver.Ican guess that this will eventually be rolled into the main server. It would also be consistent with what I said above regarding bugs and improvements along with the online and offline cycles.

Even if this were true, there would have been an updated post on the main website explaining this.  I won't be surprised if one magically pops up after I post this.

Edit: And again, even if you implement a system such as that, it only looks like another cover up.  The original server page could have been edited and removed, why is it even still there or accessible?  To me, most likely because it can't be removed without access to the source of theoriginal site.  Everything else does not need to be removed in order to convince people.  The server page itself is the only thing that can set people off.  The forums can't be ran because he doesn't have the original source and forum posts to the forums as well. Therefore the only logical thing to do would be to remove the forum link on the new server page.

I wasn't saying this was fact.  But it would make sense if that was the truth.  It would explain why it was never fixed to begin with and the patch he made only made the game unstable, therefore he would have given up on patching it.  Again, just a theory in my opinion.

I'm actually giving up on my opinions, and I'm not believing anyone. In all honesty I would play for about 30 seconds and then get bored, so I'm going to stop wondering.

It's fun to see everybody including admins chopping and changing their own opinions, I believe you're all being played including admins lol. It souldn't take much seeing as you're all so fucking repressed XD

I used to do it at swamp, where the frogs/spiders were. I once played an April fools prank on my friend and told him I'm an undercover admin, he went AFK, I did that glitch and he popped up where I was (In the room in castle behind the counter)

Actually, I would believe the opposite is true. There won't be any formal front page announcement until the server is complete and ready. We still have yet to get to that stage.
