a few things I'd like to point out (not trying to be rude)
1. This is Rexor's MSN. You can add him at rexorofendless@hotmail.com he's on daily.
2. You do know if Vultie sells you EO, you'd need a REALLY expensive VPS that handles 300+ connections.
3. Irdk Vult's MSN.
4. You will have to hire new admins, database would be wiped, and you need to update stuff (more maps and stuff). I for one would be glad to help. Pixel, map, maybe code, moderate, etc.
Remember, add Rexy at rexorofendless@hotmail.com
There you can ask him everything (vult's email, chances of eo being sold, etc)

Thanks, and yes I understand all of this. I have been working with server related stuff. I have coded runescape private servers for 4 years now. :) I can buy a vps to hold up to about 1000 (1K) players online at once, so thats no problem. :)

All of this doesn't really surprise me.
But from what Aengie told me in July, she said that she and Vult had given up on the project and plan on creating a different game/project sometime in the future. She said that EO Main was going to be taken down, and sure enough it has been since then.
Don't expect EO to be coming back up.
